My Story, My Mission
Welcome to the wonderful world of private tutoring! My name is Jocelyn Lugo—the heart behind this service. I am a fully licensed educator with multiple years of experience teaching and uplifting early childhood and elementary-aged learners. I created Learning by Lugo because I know what it feels like to struggle in a classroom. As a child, I often felt left behind—I knew I did not learn the way others did, and it took a toll on my confidence from an early age. That experience shaped who I am today and drives everything that I do. I now teach and tutor for all of the children who need an extra helping hand, just like I once did. My goal is to help every young learner feel capable, seen, and confident through personalized, caring support that meets them where they are and gets them to where they deserve to be.
